mamacaca.com is operated by Cyepro Solutions Private Limited. References to “Mamacaca”, “we”, “our”, or “us” mean Cyepro Solutions Private Limited. References to “dealer” mean the dealership, dealer group, or authorised business using Mamacaca.

You may use Mamacaca only for lawful dealership and vehicle-related business activities and through an account that you or your organisation is authorised to use. By creating an account, using the dashboard, publishing a website, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms and the applicable Privacy Notice.

• Provide accurate account and business information and keep it current.
• Keep credentials confidential and use only the access assigned to you.
• Do not share an account with an unauthorised person or attempt to access another dealer’s information.
• Notify us promptly at support@mamacaca.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Your organisation is responsible for activity performed through its authorised accounts.

Dealers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permitted use of information they add or publish, including:

• dealership identity, addresses, contact information, and working hours;
• logos, photographs, descriptions, offers, and other uploaded content;
• vehicle prices, specifications, ownership or stock information, images, and availability; and
• any statements about inspection, warranty, certification, finance, or vehicle condition.

Dealers must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded content. Sold, reserved, or unavailable vehicles must not be represented as available. Mamacaca provides the publishing platform and does not independently certify every vehicle or dealer statement.

Mamacaca-powered dealership websites may allow visitors to submit enquiries. The relevant dealership is responsible for its follow-up, communications, record keeping, and lawful use of customer information. Mamacaca may route the enquiry to the dealer dashboard and send an email notification to the dealer.

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a vehicle, guarantee availability, create a sale, confirm finance, or require a dealer to accept an offer. Final inspection, documentation, pricing, payment, and sale terms are agreed directly between the buyer and dealer.

You must not:

• publish fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content;
• upload malware or interfere with the availability, security, or operation of the service;
• bypass access controls, probe another account, or attempt unauthorised access;
• send spam or use customer information outside a lawful dealership purpose;
• scrape or copy personal data without a lawful basis; or
• misrepresent an affiliation, authorisation, vehicle condition, warranty, certification, or price.

We may maintain, improve, update, or replace parts of the service. Planned maintenance, urgent security work, provider interruptions, or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, but we will take reasonable steps to maintain the service.

Paid plans, add-ons, custom domains, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and third-party charges may be governed by the order, checkout terms, subscription details, or signed agreement presented to the dealer. Those specific commercial terms control if they conflict with this public summary.

Dealers retain their rights in content they provide. Dealers grant Mamacaca the limited permission needed to host, process, display, resize, and deliver that content for the service. Mamacaca’s software, templates, interfaces, documentation, and platform branding remain the property of Cyepro Solutions Private Limited or its licensors.

Some features depend on third-party services such as hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, domain providers, or payment services. Their availability and separate terms may apply to the relevant feature. Mamacaca is not responsible for a third party’s independent services or websites.

Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended when required by the dealer organisation, law, security needs, non-payment, misuse, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Some records may be retained after termination where legally or operationally required.

Mamacaca is a website and enquiry platform. It is not the seller, owner, inspector, financier, insurer, or guarantor of vehicles listed by dealers. To the extent permitted by law, Mamacaca is not responsible for dealer-provided inaccuracies, buyer or dealer conduct, or a transaction agreed outside the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The Mamacaca Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled and forms part of these terms. Dealers are responsible for collecting and using buyer information lawfully after receiving an enquiry.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights or dispute process under applicable law, disputes relating to these terms are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
